Dubai's "Suite" Business Hotel
Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai is poised to be not only "the largest all-suite hotel in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe" but a businessman's wet dream. (Or a businesswoman's Fabio fantasy come true.)
The hotel is set to open later this year with two towers of 40 floors each offering 2,100 designer suites in one, two or three bedroom options.
Business travellers will have a modern work environment within their suite, plus 40 fully equipped Business Centre offices. The meeting centre features 6 multimedia conference rooms for 10 to 1,000 people, as well as 32 meeting rooms for up to 40 people.
The rooms will include IP telephones, plasma screen TVs and free wi-fi. So should you find yourself in Dubai negotiating a deal to buy the American sea ports, you should have plenty to work with.
However, Dubai isn't all luxury all the time. InterContinental Hotels plan on opening a 240-room Holiday Inn Express next year as well as 20 more properties in the Gulf. And business travelers should love the Holiday Inn's free wi-fi there as well.
