Atlanta's new high-tech hotel, Twelve, designed the rooms based on the lifestyle of their 25 to 45-year-old demographic: contemporary, chic, trendy, and high tech.

Using the Guest Hotel Operating System Terminal, aka GHOST, (which sounds a lot like the talking computer in Batman) guests can "customize their experience." In other words, you can order room-service on line.

Twelve also understands that free WiFi is the best way to score points with travelers, so there are hotspots in the lobby, suites, and pool deck.

The hotel's 101 rooms come decked out with full gear such HDTV, VoIP, IPTV but sadly no iPod gear (Um...hello? How closely were they watching their target demographic?)

In a clever marketing ploy, the hotel will open February 12, 2006 with introductory rates of $145 per night good through April.
