Nicky Hilton's Fashion Inspiration

The MAGIC fashion shows just wrapped up in Las Vegas last week where celebrities, rappers and sports stars debuted their newest clothing lines  (We mean everyone, like Jamie Pressley, Nelly and Magic Johnson.)

Making her second clothing line debut was Nicky Hilton, who eschwed the Las Vegas Hilton and chose the Bellagio's Light nightclub instead as the venue for her runway show.

The clothing line is called Nicky Hilton Beverly Hills (for those of you who care, her other line is called Chick) and the inspiration came from her childhood days at The Beverly Hills Hotel.

"Waking up every morning, I would see those trees. That just clicked," she said

The clothes are dominated by pearls, polka dots and of course, a pink palm tree motif. Nicky also eloquently commented on her clothing by saying, "This ain't Prada" which means it's less expensive and will probably end up in celebrity-designer section of Marshalls sooner than later.
