Tower 23 Hotel is almost always full on the weekends, according to the front desk. During the summer, they recommend booking at least two months in advance to ensure room availability. Off season, like now, at least one month should be fine.
That said, the rooms are spacious with white walls (of course) except over the bed where there's a silouhette of a surfer in multi colors. The bed and rugs are done in a light blue that saves the white theme from being a little too much.
The plasma TVs are equipped with Xbox entertainment systems that you can also play DVDs on.
But the rooms is not where its happening. That all takes place downstairs at the hotel's restaurant and bar, Tower Bar, which is practically on the beach. Check out the cool signs for the men's and women's bathrooms.

There's also the Tower Deck which is the second-floor rooftop scene which only hotel guests are allowed to access. There you can sit with a martini and watch the sun go down, in relative privacy. Which is a good thing because Tower23 is overall not a private place.
