Hotels' Weapon: Danny Glover
Hoteliers, watch out! Danny Glover is going kick some management butt.
The Lethal Weapon actor joined San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom and the 2004 candidate for Vice President, John Edwards, yesterday in supporting the Unite Here labor union campaign which is seeking to boost pay and benefits in several cities simultaneously.
Boston, Chicago, Honolulu, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto are cities that could be affected by a huge labor strike when the contracts within those cities end later this year.
We like to keep our hands clean of any labor union disputes so we are only mentioning this for the rabid Danny Glover fans out there who have been wondering what he's been up to.
