HotelChatter's Rocking New Year's Eve: Taradise Returns

Thank Jolly Old St. Nick for Defamer, who has managed to keep us informed on who is surely going to be the drunkest New Year's Eve celebrity host of 2006/7---Tara Reid.

Ms. Reid, who is attempting to clean-up her party girl image while simultaneously trying to recover from bad plastic surgery photos, will be hosting the Future Forward 07 New Year's Eve "Extravaganza" at the Marriott Michigan Avenue Hotel.

Tickets to the party range from $135 to $165, and if you want to "take an elevator home" the hotel is offering special discounted room rates of $154 for the first night and either Dec. 30 or Jan. 1 for half that price.

As for the actual party, three floors of the hotel will be used for the party including two large ballrooms.  There will be five hours of open bar, a buffet until midnight, a champagne toast and lots of party favors.

We would just advise staying far far far away from Tara Reid at the end of the night after she's spent five hours at an open bar and eating from the buffet. We watched Taradise so we know what that could be like.
