This probably the most insane hotel package that we have come across to date: $175,000 for a seven-night stay at the Marco Island Marriott Resort, Club and Spa in Florida.

The reason for this outrageous cost? To commemorate the resort's recent $175 million renovation. But of course, you aren't just paying for a week's stay in the two-bedroom lanai suite (pictured above.) With this package you also get:

Unlimited food and beverage, private chartered jet into Marco Island Executive Airport, Mercedes convertible rental car, personal butler service, helicopter ride and private dive in Key Largo, private airboat ride in Florida Everglades, seven-course private dinner at chef's table, $5,000 Marco resort gift shop credit, $10,000 gift certificate to Naples 5th Ave/3rd Ave South and a private sunset cruise on a yacht.

But the real reason behind the expensive package is that it includes a lifetime membership to the Rookery Golf Club and Marco Island's Balinese Spa. While the package is good through Dec. 31, the resort lets us know that there are some more "pocket-friendly packages" available.
