The US Grant Puts the 'Classy' Back in San Diego

Yes, we know we have a problem but it is seriously impossible for us to write the words San Diego without the word "classy" following up closely behind.

But San Diego has gotten a major dose of class recently with the grand re-opening of the US Grant, now part of the Starwood Luxury Collection. The hotel hosted their opening party on October 30th after a $52 million renovation and here's who showed:

Actress Kristen Bell of "Veronica Mars", came straight from the San Diegan sound stage where the popular TV series films... Catherine Oxenberg and Casper van Dien who just wrapped on their MyNetwork show "Watch Over Me" were also admiring of the ravishing new look of the hotel and became two of the first guests to spend the night in one of the over-the-top-suites - they loved it so much they promised to return.

Hey, where was Ron Burgundy? We don't know if you know this but he's kind of a big deal. Ok, we promise to stop for good now.
