Ever since The Mirage lost Siegfried & Roy in the terrible tiger incident, we can't help but think the hotel is still struggling to cope with life after the famous showmen.

The animal jungle theme remains intact with the fiery volcano out front, the aquarium inside, and the dolphin and tiger habitats. But the casino area is surprisingly small, the shops are lame, and the restaurants seem just as out of place. Plus, you have to deal with Danny Gans' face plastered everywhere.

The only thing that seems to be boosting the Mirage these days is the new Cirque du Soleil show, "LOVE" set to the music of The Beatles, which is pretty random in itself.
