Greece is a tricky one. There seems to be no middle ground there. It's just hotel heaven or hotel hell. This one's a hotel hell, telling you to steer clear of the Kivotos Club Hotel in Mykonos:
This has got to be one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. They were building in the rooms below ours and all we heard the whole holiday was drilling. When we complained to the manager they said there was nothing they could do.
The food was second rate and the service at reception was poor. According to the Small Luxury Hotels Of The World this is meant to be a first class hotel.
Ahh yes, this is another reason to question a hotel's "ratings" and instead, look into past guest reviews before you too have a hotel hell experience.
