Denise Richards is the New Russell Crowe

Violence and hotels is an unfortunately common headline duo. But not often is the violence caused by a Hollywood star and a pair of little old ladies. Way to go Denise Richards.

Much like Russell Crowe got in trouble for his infamous phone-throwing incident, Richards found herself in trouble after confronting some paparazzi then throwing the paps' laptops over the balcony of the River Rock Casino Hotel in Vancouver where she is filming "Blonde and Blonder" with Pam Anderson. The laptops hit and injured an 80-year-old woman and her friend who were innocently waiting in the lobby:

The machines grazed the arms of an 80-year-old woman and a 91-year-old woman who were sitting the casino's lobby, but both received minor injuries, police said. Witnesses told local media the computers belonged to the photographers and it was Richards who threw them.

Fortunately, for both elderly ladies, Denise Richards did not go on to have sex with their husbands.
