Burbank Hilton's Staff Even Helps You do Your Work

The small hotels of the world often get the prize for the amount of great staff reviews. After all, it's kind of hard for the big boys to complete with a place that only has 30 rooms worth of guests to look after. That's why it always comes as a nice change of pace to hear about a great staff at a huge hotel, like Hilton.

In this case it's Burbank's Hilton which really got the approval of a recent blogger's stay there whilst attending a business conference:

I have to say, one of the nicest things about this visit - other that the people attending - was the Burbank Hilton's hotel staff. Never, in all my years of giving programs, have I ever seen such a responsive , knowlegeable, helpful group of individuals. They helped with the entire set-up, including helping LaDawn with getting all the images up on the wall and then back down at the end of the evening. Two thumbs way up from LaDawn and I for the Burbank Hilton!

Damn. This is good stuff; not only was the staff pleasant and knew what they were doing, they actually aided this guest with her conference presentation set-up and take-down. We wonder if, for a generous tip, they'd even consider giving the presentation for you?
