Omni Hotels may only be found in North America but they are doing their hardest to bring you a bit of international flavor with their Flavors of the World initiative.

The "Discover Spain" package is the promotion's fourth installment and it begins Nov. 18 at select hotels Included in the package are overnight luxury accommodations, early Saturday arrival, Sunday morning breakfast, Cheese & wine amenity, 2-hour Saturday afternoon culinary class with the Chef, five-course dinner and wine pairing featuring items from the Tapas menu, and a culinary gift bag filled with imported food items from Spain and other cooking supplies.

So what makes Omni chefs qualified to teach Spanish cuisine to their guests? Well, this summer Omni chefs traveled to the Castilla y Leon region of Spain for one week where they learned about the traditional flavors of the region and trained under local chefs.

So if you've always wanted to learn how to make Spanish Tapas, here's your chance. But book now as the package is only good through January 20, 2007.
