For $9.95 a Day, Get Your Hyatt WiFi Hell
Oh Hyatt Regency Cambridge near Boston, you should know better. Charging us for WiFi and then providing a meek signal. Not cool.
A place like Hyatt should understand the needs for reliable WiFi, especially when business folks are forced to stay there day in and day out, people who have a lot of work to do...on the INTERNET. A recent past guest found the system pretty annoying:
There is no "wired" internet to the room, only a wireless field throughout the hotel (for $9.95/day). I found the signal to fluctuate in and out. If you're going to pay their excessive rates and play the nickel & dime game, you should get more for your money than this.
We warned you about relying on the signal strength of a T-Mobile Hotspot. Maybe you can take your new account on down to Starbucks and see if the signal's any better there.
