It's been awhile now since the Sunset Tower unveiled their viewlicious poolside cafe, The Terrace. But the place has stayed virtually on the down-low.

Looking over the rooftops of L.A., an aquamarine lit pool, and the palms of California, The Terrace has both indoor and outdoor dining with a "casual" dress code. Now mind you, this is L.A. cas-cool so please ditch the Bermuda shorts and pop in a trendy shop on Melrose for some new duds if you're from, you know, Oklahoma or something.

As for the food, the menu sounds pretty amzing considering this is LA where horse tranquilzers seem to be the fave main entree.

Part Southern Italian grigliata, part Cap d'Antibes, this covered travertine lanai has a clean, chic ambience, offering fresh grilled market langoustines, fish, vegetables, and also our world-famous fish tacos, lobster rolls, and crab cakes. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch on weekends....

There you have it. A hip, casual and scenic hotel cafe in L.A. Now stay cool while you're there and you might just spot an undercover celeb or two.
