Strudels and Honest WiFi in Vienna

As the season changes and the weather chills, trips to winter wonderland cities like Vienna are all the more appropriate. Cozying up with a viennoise coffee and strudel with the fire alit in your hotel room, is the perfect way to enjoy the cold.

Spiess & Spiess Apartements in the heart of Vienna all have real fireplaces and the space of an apartment, of course. With nine rooms taking over three floors, each is over 30 meters squared.

As for the staff, Mr. and Mrs. Speiss, they are time and again praised by past guests:

From the time of making our initial enquiry until the time we left the hotel we could not have received better service. Mr & Mrs Spiess were so attentive to our needs and made us feel so welcome.

Our room was spacious, bright and well furnished in a contemporary style. Our friend's room was even larger and whilst at the front of the building was extremely quiet as there is no passing traffic..
The breakfast, served by Mr Spiess, was excellent in terms of quality and quantity

Having your studel hand delivered by Mr. Speiss makes this Vienna trip even more charming. What's more, the Speiss' keep it real and openly admit on their website that their rooms are having WiFi signal problems right now which they are doing their best to fix. They recommend that if you need WiFi that you let them know before arrival so they can ensure it will work for you.

If only all hotels were so honest.
