Just days after announcing plans to take the Waldorf Astoria brand world-wide, they have found asbestos in the flagship hotel.

The New York Daily News reports that asbestos and other scary things live on the 43rd floor.

[There are] behind-the-scenes photos showing exposed asbestos surrounding naked pipes, dirty restrooms for employees, faulty wiring and open electrical boxes in multiple locations, and trash strewn on the floor of the compactor room.

Let's hope they don't plan on bringing that to the other hotels.
