Hotel: Chamberlain West Hollywood

Floor: 1st Floor

Room Number: 109

Price Paid: $187 a night

Square Footage: 350 SQ FT

Location: Tucked away in an extremely quiet residential area between Sunset and Santa Monica Boulevards.

Highlights: Rooftop cabanas, pool, and view are extraordinary. All suite rooms were recently updated, are sizable, include gas fireplace, comfortable bed, sunken living room with desk and couch bed.

Lowlights: $9.95/day for Internet. Desk clerk didn't return call about disputed billing issue--hot & cold service. Only one elevator goes to the roof. $24.00/day for parking. Thin walls. No flat screen television.

I agree and more (none / 0)

Had same response fomr front desk .. NONE. Le vele of service cost them about 75 room nights as we were thinking of putting a group up there for 5 nights
Also on Lowlights .. no in room coffee service, no room service until 7am and no lobby coffee BUT there is a Starbucks about 3 blocks down hill which isn't bad until you try to trek back up with your hands full!
