Starwood's Kevin Regan Kicks Ass in New Orleans

Kevin Regan, Starwood SVP of Regional Operations, had something that has alluded the rest of New Orleans, and the country in general--a plan.

In the event of a natural disaster the three Starwood New Orleans properties (W French Quarter, W New Orleans, & Sheraton New Orleans) would consolidate into one hotel, ride out the storm, then evacuate.  Starwood had food, generators, and even insurance adjusters lined up.

Post storm Regan has been kicking ass on a daily basis, and very soon, according to Regan, all the Starwood hotels will be back online and "back to business."

So what is Regan's advice for the rest of New Orleans?

They need to cut through the crap and start getting things done.
