Vikram Offers Up $229 Deal

How did we overlook this?  Apparently our old friend Vikram has cajoled the folks at Travelzoo into offering up a fall deal at Dream NY.

The deal? You get to stay at the Dream Hotel for $229, and you get plus two free welcome drinks. This deal is available throughout the month of October.

This special is for a small room.

We can't help but notice this line in the deal description:

...the Dream Hotel has iPods available for guest use.

Do we really know that Dream actually has iPods? Hopefully they do by now.

This is the sure sign that Manhattan hotel prices are through the roof. When a deal is paying over $200 to stay in Vikram's place and already 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 are sold out.

You must book by October 5.  And yes that appears to be a tie dye shirt Vikram is wearing in that photo.
