Go ahead, accuse us of writing up the Wickaninnish Inn just because it is so damn fun to say--you would be partially correct.

However, the reality is, young couples in love seem to dig this British Columbia lodge:

Having just returned from our first trip to the Wick, I already miss this very special place. If you're thinking about a stay here, all I can say is GO! My husband and I spent 6 magical days at the Wick. The property is truly stunning. Our room was in the new beach building with incredible views of forest trees and ocean. The room was great-- we especially loved the sunken tub which overlooks the trees and water.

The Wick is offering a West Coast Romance package through the fall and the winter. So for around $700/night (that's Canadien, eh) you can get:

·    Two night's accommodation for two in requested room type
·    Breakfast for two delivered to your room each morning of your stay
·    A bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate-dipped fruit
·    A handcrafted Wickaninnish Inn keepsake

The package runs in the fall (October) and through what the BC crew calls "storm watching season" (Nov - Feb).
