The Dylan Hotel: One Out of Three Ain't Bad

The Chemist Club restaurant in NYC's Dylan Hotel is open for business.

Recently, this is what we heard about the Dylan:

"No restaurant and no bar and a boring location"

Hm. So, with the addition of the Chemist Club we guess it is now:

"No bar and a boring location"

Big dreams start small right?

We just spoke to a chipper Chemist Club employee who informed us that they have been open for a couple weeks, but in soft launch mode. Yeah, even restaurants are doing this now.

She added:

It's like a broadway opening, we do it quietly, see how it goes, and then invite the press in to say what they want about it.

Seems like a lot of ballyhoo to us, but at hey, at least you can get a Chemist Club Burger with herb fries delivered straight to your room now.
