Wow.  After all that a little rain is all it takes to derail Hotel MTV?  

Well, ok, it was tropical storm, but still.

Organizers of this weekend's MTV Video Music Awards in Miami, Fla., have been forced to cancel pre-show activities at the trendy Doubletree Surfcomber Thursday due to storm warnings, but insist most pre-show events scheduled for Friday and Saturday will go ahead.
