#1: Caesars wins again
There's a rule that has served us well over the years: conventional wisdom is often wrong.

Not so here. When we asked people what the best sports book in Vegas was, the answer was invariably Caesars. We thought perhaps the Wynn would give Caesars a run for its money but when we tallied up the ratings, of course, Caesars came out on top. It's not that Caesars has the best odds or the nicest decor - it doesn't. It's just that there's so much going on here. Want to bet on who wins the passing yards title? Check. Combined TD passes from Peyton and Eli Manning? Check. Will Derrek Lee win the triple crown? Check. Jessica Alba gets naked in her next movie? No line!

Well, I guess you can't bet everything. But it sure does feel like it. And the energy in the sports book was great even in the middle of summer with nothing on but baseball. Can you imagine this place during March Madness? This is the mecca of all sports books and we don't expect it to change for some time.

Re: Top Five Las Vegas Hotel Sports Books: #1

I'm not surprised that Caesars palace took home the #1 spot again.  They are pretty on top of their game. From rooms, to their casino, pool, customer service, everything.  Head to toe overall they just have everything down.  Not to mention their sports book is off the charts. Just all around great.  Out of all the las vegas hotels that i've been to, caesars palace takes the cake.

Caesars sucks

Food and drink 4?? This place is a joke. Ill tell ya why: In order to get a comped drink at the book, you have to have $300 in sportsbook bets to get a free drink ticket while watching your sporting event. What the hell is that about? You can walk down to the bar that has video poker, put in a 10 dollars, and get comped as many drinks as you want but have to have $300 in bets at the sportsbook in order to get a free drink?? Complete BS, thats why I never go to Caesars to watch an event. There are other high end hotels on the strip that will give you a free drink at the book without a min bet amount, just as long as you have a sportsbook ticket bet of somekind. I wont name them, cause thats where I go and I dont want people following. Just a shame that if I bet $100 on first half score of a game, cant get 1 measly drink for free unless I have $300 + in bets. Go F yourself Caesars. Might have anything you can bet on, but as far as drink and environment if you want to hang around, this is not the place to go.
