Our room had a rusty kleenex box that was falling out of the wall. The porcelain on the bath tub was chipped. The rooms were extremely small. Our room overlooking the stream had a view of the back of unkempt, out of business shops...the back of the shops. The planter next to our communal balcony had dirt and weeds, the owners hadn't even bothered to plant annuals, although they had planted tomato plants in the flower beds next to our parking places.
The pool was very small. No breakfast of any kind offered, only a 10% off coupon at a nearby restaurant. Regular prices are $65. For holidays they up their prices to $125 plus tax per night. We checked online and the Marriott down the street was the same price, looked much cleaner and up to date, and included breakfast!
