Brad Pitt, George Clooney To Build A Hotel In Vegas

According to Page Six, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, and Cindy Crawford's husband (aka Rande Gerber) are building a hotel on the Vegas strip.

Gerber, who was partners with Schrager, before jumping ship for the greener pastures of a W Hotels partnership, has reportedly realized he can make a boatload of money if he owns the whole hotel instead of just the bar. As they say in Hollywood, f'n genius.

Pitt, who has recently become some sort of architecture dilettante, will reportedly design the hotel, while Clooney will be the "face of the business." Hmm, sounds like Clooney got the shaft.  Gerber makes the money, Pitt gets to design the property, and stay there with Angelina, while Clooney works the room as some sort of glorified greeter?

Suddenly ER isn't sounding so bad is it George.

Groundbreaking is said to be scheduled for January 2006, we will follow this story as it develops.
