Right next door to the Four Seasons Maui is the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel Spa, which is literally just steps away. Also popular with celebrities, the 50,000 square foot (huge!) Spa Grande has five hydrotherapy baths where you can soak, depending on your mood and how relaxed you want to be.

Called the Termé Wailea Hydrotherapy, the aromatic baths are "purifying and invigorating in nature."

After a bath and before a treatment, explore the Cascading Waterfall Massage,the Cold Plunge Pool, and invigorating Swiss Jet Shower (it may hurt, but in that good way.)

The spa also offers luxurious massages, facials and body treatments and has a Fitness Center where you can go for "wellness consultations" and personal training.

Like the Four Seasons, the spa is consistently recognized among the Top Ten Spas in the United States by Conde Nast and Travel + Leisure magazines.

We wonder if the ubiquitous "spa chick" is a pre-req for all spa marketing material. Every spa website seems to come equipped with a different spa chick flopping across the hotels spa photos. We wonder, is being a spa chick lucrative? Do you have to go to spa chick school to train, or does wrapping a towel around you just come naturally. Answer us spa chick.
