Ten Hotel Spas: If Your Luck Sucks, Head For The Spa
The famous Canyon Ranch Spa with locations in Arizona and Massachusetts has set up shop in Las Vegas.
Because when you stink of cheap booze and cheap dates, why not indulge? Or if you'd rather not waste your hard-earned money on the slots, then spend it on a body scrub. Sure, we know, everyone goes to Vegas for the "family atmosphere" and the "cultural highlights."
The 69,000-square-foot-spa inside the Venetian was given a four-star rating by the Mobil Travel Guide and if a gas station guide thinks its good, its gots to be top drawer.
Inside is a health spa, salon and "fitness oasis" complete with a 40-foot rock-climbing wall.
Spa services range from the regular Swedish and sports massages to indulgent treatments like the Lulur King's Bath and the Rasul Ritual and to the fun like the Ice Cream Pedicure.
Best of all is the Canyon Ranch Café where you can eat healthy but good spa cuisine and all of the nutritional values are placed on the menu, so you can bring those little calorie counting thingies.
When you find yourself extremely hung over in Vegas (when don't you?), and embarrassed about last night's adventure that involved a stripper pole, a dead fish and a smoking gun--get yourself over to the spa post haste.
