Google Maps Mashup Tackles Priceline

It is all about the Google maps mashup these days, and BetterBidding has a killer map app.

You can check recent Priceline winning bids using hotel maps in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, New Orleans, San Francisco, and Seattle, thus far, with more to come. You do a bit of reverse engineering using Priceline's "zones," but that shouldn't stop ya.

Hotel photos, urls, and reviews are also posted for most mapped hotels.  The hotel photos we checked just linked to a RealHotelPhotos page where you had to do a bunch of clicking to see if the site actually had your properties photos.  However, the maps do link directly to the hotel home page, which is extremely helpful.

Now just combine this Google maps mashup with the "original" HotelChatter "gaming Priceline" post and you should be able to get the best of Priceline.
