Our answers to the mysteries of Chi-town hotels post break.

Well...we have no plans to stay at the Hard Rock Chicago this summer. However, we did review the Hard Rock back in March, sort of.

Here is the crux of what we said:

We know a couple of ad agency folks who stay here every time they go to Chicago on business, and they love the place. These are twistedly hip folks, so we tend to think they would tell us if the place was not up to snuff.

So is this place a dump or a palace?  Probably neither, but we love to live on the edge.

Plus you know us, we will give any place with flat screen TVs and free Internet a try--at least once.
