LA's Roosevelt Hotel A Freak Show
Since the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel was recently revamped and the new bar Tropicana opened, the pool scene there is starting to look like "Fellini-esque, a freak show."
The New York Post said "couch-surfing screenwriters and hooker-attired tan fanatics" are filling the deck of the Olympic-sized pool where one guest said "Entourage meets Econolodge."
One male guest of Lindsay Lohan jumped from the second-floor suite into the pool, Tropicana's party gal Amanda Scheer-Demme was taken away in handcuffs for noise violations and bikini babes and Hollywood men Kirsten Dunst, Chloe Sevigny, Bret Rattner, and Tobey Maguire are all becoming frequent regulars.
One guest said that despite all the strangeness, he's coming back next weekend.
We bet Jason Pomeranc loves the chaos, after all it can't be bad for business.
