Where: Canada

Looks like those in-room iPods just got a little competition. Fairmont Hotels are offering Sony PlayStation Portables to guests this summer...only in Canada!

Yet another reason why the US should have annexed Canada long ago.

Fairmont recently announced that starting June 16 until the end of summer, guests visiting the hotel's Canadian locations can check-out a PSP and any accompanying PSP games and movies during their stay.

The hot gadgets are available on a "first come, first serve basis" through the hotels' concierge or front desk at all eleven Canadian Fairmonts. See the Fairmont site for a list of Canadian locations.

Lucky Canadians, now they can spend their entire vacation in their rooms playing Lumines.

No word yet on whether or not they will extend the offer to U.S. locations.
