The Blue Moon Hotel Is For Sale

We still love the idea, and from this day forward we will make it our mission to not only define, but also successfully find, a "Kosher Hotel."

Alas, it won't be on Orchard St., where according to Curbed, The Blue Moon Hotel is for sale.

In the back of our minds, we knew this was the most likely conclusion to the Moon's story.

How long can you be "waiting on permits," or be running so obviously behind schedule, without finally having to gracefully bow out.

Don't feel too bad--the asking price is a cool $20 million.
