Cosmo CoTel Coming To Vegas

Another giant hotel with 2,700 rooms is slated for construction out in Vegas. Shopping, spa, theater, so far it sounds run-of-the-mill for Vegas, right?

Well the big difference at the Cosmopolitan is that of the 2,700 rooms only 1,000 are traditional hotel rooms. The remaining 1,700 are $650 - $1.4 million dollar condominiums. Condo owners will have access to all the usual hotel stuff--pool, room service, concierge, maids, et cetera. And there is more--condo owners can put their units back in the hotel room rental pool and collect up to half the proceeds for each night's net rental.

Vegas brokers are already drooling for these listings, and ground doesn't even break until sometimes this summer.
