2. Prepare to participate in a multitude of activities to get your money's worth

One recent visitor quipped:

The staff at the Explora is geared to give you first class attention. I wandered down to the bar one afternoon to get a beer and there was no one there. I walked to the office and asked and by the time I got back to the bar, my drink was waiting.

Now that is the kind of service we are willing to pay for.
