New York blog Apartment Therapy is running their "first annual" smallest, coolest apartment contest.

The grand prize?  A weekend suite at New York's "smallest, coolest hotel, The Lowell (prize value: $2400)

Since this was an old apartment building, each room has a full kitchen (the deluxe rooms have kitchenettes with Sub-Zero brand appliances) and rooms are exactly what you except a hotel of this caliber to be (Bulgari porducts, TVs in the tub, etc). Service and attention to detail have the corporate hotels beat hands-down.
