The Abba Hotel

Gridskipper points us to a Swedish hotel owned by Abba. Benny Andersson, who was 25% of the Swedish export band, owns the Rival Hotel, which is quickly becoming a travelers favorite.

One recent visitor said:

This place was just smashing. The most modern and vibrant hotel I've ever stayed at. And the staff was just amazing nice and helpful and lovely. The rooms were decorated so chic and the plasma tv was great and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Couldn't possibly recommend it highly enough.

A good bed is not all you will get at this Stockholm boutique--a cinema, a bar, a bistro, and a bakery are all on-site. Plus, even stuffed bears get to use the free WiFi. Sweet.

So what's missing? "At the Rival we don't offer any erotic films." Looks like Benny is a family man after all. We hear surviving the seventies will do that to you.
