Break out the bagpipes the Scots are on a roll.
Two of their newest hotels, Radisson SAS hotel and the Apex Hotel, in Glasgow and Edinburgh's Grassmarket respectively, have been added to 21st Century Hotels, a book that aggregates a collection of the best examples of modern international hotel architecture.
The photo above is from the 3rd floor foyer at the Apex Hotel in Edinburgh, where you stay literally in the shadow of the castle.
