Quick--What do you do when a hotly contested hotel development deal becomes such a success that Moby uses it as album cover fodder?
Build a bigger, badder, more neighborhood-gentrifying hotel, of course.
Joson Pomeranc of 60 Thompson fame, has started constructions on his Allen St. project. The hotel is slated for completion in about a year and half.
We are waiting with bated breath.
