Did you know? Cabo San Lucas in Espanol means "Celebs Squander Loot".

In any event, everyone knows, Gwyenth and Chris dashed off to Cabo San Lucas for their honeymoon last year. Jessica and Nick got engaged off the coast of Cabos.

And the list goes on and on. Short story is you know that every celebrity goes to Cabos at some point during their famous life.

So Demi Moore and her tadpole went to the One & Only La Palmilla Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico the other week to have some fun sans pesky teenage daughters.

According to US Weekly, the duo recently stayed in a $2,000 suite with a private patio, oceanfront views, personal butler service, fresh fruit delivery and customized designer trucker hats for each day they were there, or something like that.

How they got there? On Daddy Bruce's private jet of course.

Yeah, this place is pricey. If you can's somehow sneak in you are going to pay dearly, so you might want to save your One & Only visit for a honeymoon, an anniversary, or when you need to blow through your trust fund.

According to one recent visitor, a few people said the staff was cold and "creepy."

"They are indeed trained like robots to automatically put their hand over their heart when saying hello, and it's clear that it's because they've been ordered to, and it's not natural. it's creepy."

Ashton as a father to Demi's daughters--also creepy, so we are sure the "Kabbalah Kouple" fit right int

But aside from bad service and complaints about overpriced rooms (they go from about $600-$1050 on average and you must book way in advance...told ya...have fun rich kids), most reviewers had orgasms describing their visit.

"There is heaven on earth and it's called Cabos." "Paradise." "Superlative." And our favorite, ""Awwwwwwwwwesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!," Ok Ashton, fess up, that last comment was yours, yes?

In addition to Hollywood street cred, whatever that is worth, One & Only was the recipient of the 2004 Conde Naste Readers' Choice Traveler Award for Best Latin America resort.
