Get Ready For The Marlon Brando Resort
Looks like The Brando Resort will open in French Polynesia by 2008.
According to a statement from developer Tahiti Beachcomber SA, the late actor agreed to a plan that would turn his French Polynesian island hideaway into an "environmentally enlightened" luxury resort.
Renewable energy, private natural reserves, no disturbing the flora and fauna, sounds like this place will have the "eco works."
Tahiti Beachcomber, who owns several properties in French Polynesia, only needs to figure out a way to get rid of Brando's son Teihotu, who is currently living on the private island.
How do the developers plan to do this? Petting his kitty, a fictional Tahiti Beachcomber figurehead responded to our question with a whispered:
"I'll make him an offer he can't refuse."
