Florida Weekender Anyone?

Every year around late March, here in the frozen Northeast, everyone is at wits' end with the weather.

Which means then next couple of weekends are perfect for jetting off to somewhere sunny for 48 hours of sun.

Florida hoteliers must be hip to this trend as well, because we had trouble finding a decent hotel deal for this weekend using the Internet's roulette wheel. Both Miami and Key West searches yielded juiced rates.

However, Fort Laud seems to have a decent variety of rates and locations still available for this weekend.

So if you have the means, get yourself down to the Sunshine State before cabin fever does you in, you poor pasty bastards.
