Hotels Kiss Four-Legged Butt

Still having trouble traveling with your pet? Well you shouldn't be.

Lucky for you, more often than not, hotels bow down before your furry beasts.

While some hotels begrudgingly accept pets by posting size limits and charging additional cleaning cost, some hotels are allowing the pet to have the same hotel experience as the guest offering special food menus, grooming services and caretaking.

SoHo and TriBeCa Grand Hotels in New York City offer the Pampered Pooches and Finicky Felines programs which gives your cat or dog special food, grooming and bedding.

The W Hotel at Union Square also allows pets and was a recent host to a dog fashion show where Tinkerbell modeled a jewel-encrusted thong--ok we made up the jeweled thong thing, but it probably happened.

And if you're bank account comes with plenty of zeros, you can afford the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Central Park South, your dog can be loaned a Burberry raincoat when taken on a walk in the rain.

West Coast Pet Hotels After The Jump.

On the West Coast, where having a dog is the status symbol de jour, the Raffles L'ermitage in Beverly Hills accepts pets with a $150 refundable fee and dog or cat must weigh less than 50 pounds.

In addition, the hotel has a "Special "pet menu" with appetizers & entrees ($12-$20). Guest valet will even walk your dog for you."

The Sheraton Santa Monica offers (for a $50 nonrefundable fee) "a sweet sleeper bed, food and water bowls and a pet-welcome pack."

And without an additional room fee, the St. Regis offers a "Barking Breakfast, Dog Day afternoon snacks and Paw-fect Spa Day." Though you will have to pay for those services.

With all these dogs and cats traveling a Pets Gone Wild video is surely just months away.
