The Setai opened in Miami's SoFi (South of Fifth...is that a real district?) in December and appears to be aiming to get everything trendy under one roof on Collins Ave.

3 pools, teak floors, flat screen LCDs, oh and it is a CoTel, so if you want to purchase your room for a cool $600,000 or so, go right ahead.

The higher your floor at the Setai, the more exclusive the company. The top floor includes a 10,000 square-foot penthouse, a rooftop pool, and sweeping panoramic views of the mere mortals below.

Apparently, the Setai also includes some sort of private members' club founded by Lenny Kravitz. Lenny has a penthouse recording studio in the Setai, which is still under construction, but who knows, when it is done maybe you can jet down to Miami, record your album, release it on the Internet, then jet back to the Setai with your new wad of cash, and purchase a slick Setai CoTel room.
