Possibly just days before Eva Longoria and her French baller boyfriend Tony Parker were cited for harassing a bike cop, Longoria took some time to relax as the spa at the Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas.

Star Magazine reports that the Desperate Housewife was spotted walking around wearing a "skimpy little terry cloth bathrobe and gabbing on her cell phone."

It must be hard being desperate.
