For bringing an affordable luxury hostel to New York.

For opening said luxury hostel nearly on time.

For the day/night pool scene at the Raleigh in South Beach.

For attempting to bring a unique new concept hotel to the outskirts of Miami Beach.

Oh, and for letting Kate Moss hole up at the Mercer.
