HotelChatter 2005 Award :: Best Newcomer

Lots of competition in this category, but let's face it, San Francisco was in dire need of a great downtown hotel. Not everyone wants to stay in the middle of Union Square, and Hotel Vitale gives SF a quintessential downtown boutique hotel.

We followed this hotel from construction to opening and guests seem extremely pleased with the end result.

The view from the "Circular Suite" is, in our opinion, unbeatable.
