Yesterday we posted a guest snapshot of the Bellagio holiday tree and cranberry bog.
Today, we found an "official" Bellagio cranberry bog photo in our mailbox.
Turns out Ocean Spray provided 400,000 cranberries weighing 2,00 pounds for the Bellagio holiday creation. Want more? Cranberries are "wet harvested" by flooding bogs so berries float to the surface for the display.
Bellagio's berry bog can be enjoyed from December 4 through January 4.
Now we are just waiting for the inevitable photo of a holiday reveler covered in cranberries--post bog jumping incident. Oh, it is bound to happen.
