New German Ice Hotel

December 15, 2005 at 4:35 PM | by markj | 0 Comments

We just heard that the Germans are working day and night to get an igloo village hotel set up in the German Alps.

The new 50-bed hotel is said to be another Iglu-Dorf location and should be ready for guests in the coming weeks.

The igloo village will feature camping mats, sheepskin, ice sculptures and thermal sleeping bags and more. The village will be constructed at 7,000 feet above sea level. No word on if this place will have an ice bar, but if it does, those altitudes could make for a bunch of one sip drunks.
