Sundance Film Festival Lodging

Yes it is holiday time, but if you are thinking of going to Park City for Sundance it is time to get your ass in gear.
Thrillist ventures outside the comfy confines of Manhattan and recommends:
Goldener Hirsch Inn near Deer Valley, for the skiing types. Deer Valley still just says no to snowboarders.
At The Canyons' Grand Summit Hotel is one of the only games in town, "because unless you land a cozy, bear-free cave, there's nothing good nearby", according to the Thrillist.
What can we add? A while back a tipster told us to check out the Red Pine Condos @ The Canyons.
Comfy bed, hot tub, pool, killer views from the back patio, and it is easy enough to get to all the ski areas. The real attraction? We were told if you rent directly from the owners at Red Pine Condos you can save yourself some scratch.
Now you have no excuse not to get your Sundance lodging plans together stat.
Oh, and one more tip: The first few days of the festival are when the biggest parties take place.
Here is a bit of Sundance hotel coverage from HotelChatter's past.
